Maxwell is a CFA Level 2 candidate with one year of professional experience. Before joining Alpha, he gained experience through internships at various alternative investment firms in both Cape Town and London.

Maxwell graduated with a BCom in Management Studies, majoring in Finance and Economics, and later earned a BCom Honours in Economic Analysis of Financial Markets from the University of Cape Town.
